Privacy Policy + Terms of Service (Singh for Congress)

Last Updated: January 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Singh for Congress (the “Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our websites, mobile sites, and mobile applications that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”).

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as a statement on our homepage or a notification). We encourage you to review this policy whenever you access the Site or otherwise interact with us so you remain informed about our practices and your choices.

Collection of Information

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you sign up to receive updates, request information, fill out a form, sign a petition, sign up as a volunteer, register for an event, create an account (if available), participate in a contest or promotion, make a donation, or otherwise communicate with us. The information you provide may include your name and contact details (such as email address, mailing address, and phone number), and any other information you choose to share. If you make a donation, payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor rather than stored by the Campaign.

In addition, federal election law administered by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) may require us to collect certain information from donors. For example, we may be required to collect (and report) a donor’s name, mailing address, occupation, and employer, and we may be required to publicly report certain donor information as required by law.

Automatically Collected Information

When you access or use our Site, we may automatically collect information about you, including information about how you use the Site and the device you use to access it. This may include your browser type, app version, access times, pages viewed, IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to our Site. We may also collect device information such as hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information and help us operate and improve the Site, understand engagement, measure campaign effectiveness, and support outreach. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help remember preferences and improve functionality. Pixels and web beacons are small electronic images that help track visits and interactions. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

Information We Collect from Other Sources

We and our service providers may obtain information about you from other sources, including third-party platforms and data providers, such as updated contact information or engagement data, as permitted by law.

Use of Information

We may use the information we collect to operate the Campaign and the Site, including to provide, maintain, support, and improve the Site; provide the information you request; process donations and transactions; send confirmations and receipts; respond to questions or requests; communicate with you about Campaign news, events, and opportunities to get involved; and comply with applicable laws and regulations, including election and reporting requirements.

We may also use information to understand how people engage with our content, to measure the effectiveness of outreach, and to personalize content and communications. Where permitted, we may use information to deliver advertising or content that may be more relevant to you based on your interactions with our Site or communications.

Sharing of Information

We may share information about you as described below or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

We may share information to comply with legal obligations, including reporting required donor information to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and other authorities as required by law, such as when contributions meet reporting thresholds or when disclosure is otherwise required.

We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is required by applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities, subpoenas, court orders, or to respond to claims. We may also disclose information when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Campaign, our staff, volunteers, supporters, or others, or to enforce our policies.

We may share information with vendors, consultants, and service providers who need access to perform work on our behalf (for example, website hosting, analytics, email delivery, text messaging platforms, donation processing, and compliance support). These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to us.

We may share information in connection with a reorganization, formation of a successor committee or organization, or transfer of assets, where personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, consistent with law.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share such information only with service providers who help deliver texts on our behalf, to comply with legal obligations or lawful process, or if you specifically consent.

Links to Other Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including donation processors or event platforms. Any information you provide to those third parties is provided directly to them and is subject to their privacy policies, not this policy. We encourage you to review their privacy practices before providing information.

Online Petitions

If you sign an online petition, you understand that petitions may be public. We may make the petition and information associated with it (such as your name, city, state, and any comments you submit) publicly available, and we may share petitions or petition compilations with community leaders, elected officials, agencies, organizations, or members of the press, consistent with the purpose of the petition and applicable law.

Social Sharing Features

The Site may provide social sharing features or integrated tools that let you share content. Your use of these features may share information with the public or your contacts, depending on your social media settings. Please review the privacy policies of the relevant platforms for details on how they collect and use information.

Advertising and Analytics Services

We may use analytics providers to help us understand Site usage and improve performance. We may also work with advertising partners to deliver Campaign content across the web. These partners may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Site and other websites or apps, such as IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, time spent, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used to measure performance, understand engagement, and deliver content that may be more relevant to you.

If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.
